Brighton & Hove Pride 2026

CFR team leader Liz and team member Julia attended Pride 2026 on August 1st along with many others from the Ambulance Service.

Liz says:

We arrived at Hove Lawns at 10am where we met up with Paramedics from across England and Scotland plus the Kent Surrey Sussex air ambulance team. We eventually set off at 11:30 and the noise of the crowds cheering, shouting “thank you” and chanting “NHS, NHS” was quite deafening.

It was humbling – almost overwhelming – to hear the support from the crowds.

Both Julia and I felt quite emotional to be part of the NHS Ambulance Service.
