Every second counts if someone is having a cardiac arrest.

To ensure residents of and visitors to Steyning, Bramber and Upper Beeding have the best chance of survival, a network of public access defibrillators has been put in place by Steyning Area First Responders (SAFeR), with the generous support of the Wilson Memorial Trust.

SAFeR has fitted four new defibrillators within the past two months at:

  • Penns Court, Steyning
  • Steyning Catholic Church
  • The Hub, Upper Beeding
  • The Gladys Bevan Hall, Upper Beeding
